SHIPPING POLICY
All standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by USPS. CLICHY BEAUTY is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments methods. In case of lost or damaged package, please contact CLICHY BEAUTY within 10 days from the last scanned date shown on tracking file.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. CLICHY BEAUTY is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. CLICHY BEAUTY reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
Customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered cannot be guaranteed.
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. CLICHY BEAUTY does not collect import duties or taxes and cannot does not provide information on such costs. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Once placed, all orders are finalized and merchandise cannot be edited or changed.

Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed.

Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

Order processing begins once you receive your order confirmation by email, at this point your order cannot be cancelled.

Due to the nature of the merchandise, all sales are final and cannot be returned.
